Installing the analytics-mtls-gw pod on Openshift version 3.9.x, I get the following log message
2018/11/21 12:18:10 [emerg] 1#1: mkdir() "/usr/local/openresty/nginx/client_body_temp" failed (13: Permission denied)

What is the reason for this error and how do I resolve it?
